BIOGRAFICAL NOTES
Victor Pereira (Dr. in Contemporary History (Institute of Political Science, 2007), is a post-doctoral research fellow at the Institute of Contemporary History at the New University of Lisbon.
The title of his PHD is “The Portuguese State and the Portuguese people in France from 1957 to 1974”. He is a member of the editorial staff of the scientific review Lusotopie since 2003, and one of the editorial secretaries of Lusotopie since 2005. He is research active in the area of portuguese contemporary history and international Migration, sports & migration. He has published various book chapters and peer-reviewed journal articles.
Since 2008, he teaches “Portuguese History in the 20th century” at the Institute of Political Studies in Paris.
In 2008, he won the honouroble distinction of Mario Soares Fundation' Price.
